Haus Anni is located in the heart of our beautiful spa, hiking, and skiing region of Bad Kleinkirchheim, surrounded by Carinthia’s magnificent Nock Mountains.
With warm hospitality in a cosy atmosphere, Haus Anni is an inviting holiday retreat in both summer and winter. Thanks to its central location (just 250m from the Römerbad thermal spa and 450m from the Kaiserburgbahn cable car), our “Haus” is popular all year round.
All of our comfortable double rooms and family rooms feature cable TV, bath/shower, WC, and a balcony. A rich and varied breakfast buffet gives our guests an excellent start to each day – whether they will spend it hiking, cycling, swimming, or just relaxing in our refreshing mountain air.
From mid-March, a ski pass for the Bad Kleinkirchheim & St. Oswald ski areas is included!

Winter sports in Bad Kleinkirchheim

Bad Kleinkirchheim is famous for its sunny weather and more than 100 kilometres of ski slopes – ranging from easy and medium to challenging descents on Carinthia’s widest pistes. The Kaiserburgbahn cable car – the largest in the region – is just a few minutes’ walk from Haus Anni. An 8km cross-country ski track starts right at the cable car station as well. And you can rent winter sports equipment at the ski depot here too.
Winter hiking in the Nock Mountains is simply magical. Explore Brunnach’s panoramic winter hiking trails, or the well-groomed trails in the valley. The sport school offers ski touring and snowshoeing twice a week. And ice skating enthusiasts are drawn to Bad Kleinkirchheim’s ice rink – as well as the Brennsee and Afritzersee lakes, which are perfect for ice skating fun from mid-January onwards.

The Nock Mountains that surround Bad Kleinkirchheim were simply made for active holidays. A vast network of hiking trails promises gorgeous views of the Nockberge Biosphere Reserve’s gently rolling peaks – and the numerous mountain lakes in the area invite you to dive in and cool off. Along the way, quaint alpine huts and taverns offer hearty snacks and typical Carinthian hospitality.
Bad Kleinkirchheim’s golf course offers an 18-hole championship course, a driving range, and a 6-hole short course – and is located just about 4km from Haus Anni. With the golf school’s extensive range of courses, you can improve your game in a jiffy.
The Hotel “Die Post” offers tennis fun right next door, on both outdoor and indoor clay courts –Coach Jakob heartily welcomes tennis enthusiasts of every level, with a special programme of courses. The Nock Mountains area is also a genuine cycling paradise for beginners, families, mountain bikers, and true aficionados – everyone is welcome to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the Carinthian Alps.
